A semantic tool for analyzing interaction among transcription factors

چکیده
In this paper we present a Semantic Web application (http:// uranos.khaos.uma.es/atfast), which is based on a Semantic Web infrastructure (NEMESIS). This application is a Semantic Web graphical tool used for analyzing transcription factor databases. NEMESIS not only solves several problems of the Semantic Web but is also a generic infrastructure for the Semantic Web. This infrastructure, together with this application, shows that the Semantic Web is not only feasible but is also starting to become a consolidated reality.
